Cheat meals doesn't mean eating a whole pizza, it means having a couple slices. This is my typical daily diet now, with 1 or 2 cheat meals per week. I also do cardio pretty much any time I can, minus on leg days. My training split Currently looks like this. This log will cover the next 12 weeks I am cutting using an ECA stack and doing cardio. I cut down from 260 to 253.8 by diet alone which took maybe 4 weeks? I don't remember exactly.

My problem is I only watched how much protein i was consuming and didn't watch my carbs or fat, hence why i put on 40 pounds quick but roughly 26% of that was fat. I have been eating like a horse since day 1 putting down at least 400g of protein a day. Yes I'm fat but those aren't bad gains IMO, I've only done one 4 week "experimental anabolic cycle" which gave me good strength gains but only minor size gains. I'm 28 now and started at 220 lbs 26% bodyfat and got up to 260lbs at 26% bodyfat. I started bodybuilding about 18 months ago, I "worked" out for 6 months before that.
